Nidhi Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Nidhi, our goal is to deliver luxurious comfort and timeless elegance with every order. While we hope you love every piece, we understand that occasionally, the need for exchange or a return may arise. Our policy is designed to make exchanges and returns as simple and seamless as possible.
General Guidelines
- Exchanges: Exchanges are available for damaged or defective products and can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- No Cash Refunds: We do not accommodate cash refunds. Instead, for damaged products or defective at the point of delivery, we offer store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
Eligibility for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only for items that are:
- Damaged at the time of delivery.
- Defective upon arrival.
- Missing from your order (e.g., incorrect or incomplete items).
- Damaged, defective and missing items need to be reported 48 hours of receiving your order.
Important Notes
- Items must be new, unused, and have their original Nidhi tags intact.
- Any item returned in a condition that does not meet these criteria may be sent back to you, and courier costs will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative product (subject to stock availability).
- If the exchange item has a higher price, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- If the exchange item has a lower price, no refunds or store credits will be issued for the difference.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us

Include the following in your message:
- Your order number (in the subject line of your email).
- A description of the issue (e.g., damage or defect).
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.
Step 2: Inspection & Approval
Once your request is acknowledged, a courier will pick up the product from your doorstep. The product will undergo inspection for quality and hygiene.
- If approved, we will proceed with your exchange or issue store credit.
- If not approved, the product will be returned to you, and additional courier costs may apply.
Step 3: Receiving Your Replacement
Upon approval, your exchange item will be delivered to your doorstep. Exchanges typically take up to 14 days to process, considering courier timelines and quality inspections.
Courier Costs
- Nidhi will cover courier costs up to Rs. 150 for eligible exchanges.
- Any courier costs exceeding Rs. 150 will be borne by the customer.
- Nidhi Will cover the full courier cost for any replacement items due to any defect at the point of delivery.
Final Reminders
- Sale items purchased online cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
- Missing items, defects, or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Your purchased items are your responsibility until they reach us for inspection. Ensure all items are securely packed for transit.
