At Nidhi, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for our customers. Please find the details of our delivery policy below:
We partner with Fadar Express to deliver your orders reliably and on time.
All orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
A flat shipping fee of 350 LKR per order will be applied at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an order tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery until it reaches you on https://fardardomestic.com/
We currently deliver to Colombo 1-15, suburbs and outstation.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice.nidhi@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged product. Once the exchange is approved via email, we will provide you with clear instructions on handing back the product for exchange or refund.
Please note that only damaged goods at the point of delivery is eligible for refunds. Please refer to our exchange and refund policy for further information.
